You can get this tablet by 2 ways.
1. By online application on Digital Gujarat and
2 is Directly by Your College.
First way To get this tablet benifit you can apply on digital Gujarat portal. Then you must login and apply for it. How to apply etc is described below in This post. Second way is you need to contact your college and give One Thousand Rupees (1000₹) as a token fee. This token fee is not refundable maybe. But please note that this scheme is only for Gujarat students mean students who are studying in Gujarat.
તમે આ ટેબ્લેટ 2 રીતે મેળવી શકો છો.
1. ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પર ઓનલાઈન એપ્લિકેશન દ્વારા અને
2 સીધી તમારી કોલેજ દ્વારા.
આ ટેબલેટનો લાભ મેળવવાનો પ્રથમ રસ્તો તમે ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર અરજી કરી શકો છો. પછી તમારે લોગીન કરવું પડશે અને તેના માટે અરજી કરવી પડશે. કેવી રીતે અરજી કરવી વગેરે આ પોસ્ટમાં નીચે વર્ણવેલ છે. બીજી રીત એ છે કે તમારે તમારી કૉલેજનો સંપર્ક કરવો અને ટોકન ફી તરીકે એક હજાર રૂપિયા (1000₹) આપવાની જરૂર છે. આ ટોકન ફી કદાચ રિફંડપાત્ર નથી. પરંતુ મહેરબાની કરીને નોંધ કરો કે આ યોજના માત્ર ગુજરાતના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એટલે કે ગુજરાતમાં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે છે.

Everyone who want to apply for Tablet Scheme they must have below documents or True copy or Xerox but please confirm it by college.
દરેક વ્યક્તિ જે ટેબ્લેટ યોજના માટે અરજી કરવા માંગે છે તેમની પાસે નીચેના દસ્તાવેજો અથવા ટ્રુ કોપી અથવા ઝેરોક્ષ હોવા આવશ્યક છે પરંતુ કૃપા કરીને કૉલેજ દ્વારા તેની પુષ્ટિ કરો.

2. College Bonafide Certificate
2. કોલેજ બોનાફાઇડ પ્રમાણપત્ર
3. College fee Receipt

For last date to apply please contact your college or call on Tablet Scheme Helpline number because many times Government extend it. Many times colleges give notice to their students that Tablet Scheme is open so any student who want to take this benifit, they must give One Thousand Rupees token fee and necessary documents on perticular date. So your college will inform you that what is the last date to submit necessary documents and One Thousand Rupees token fee.
5. 1000₹ Token Fee details for Tablet Scheme
5. ટેબ્લેટ યોજના માટે 1000₹ ટોકન ફી વિગતો
Gujarat Government only take 1000₹ as a Token Fee and give a tablet worth 8000-9000 ₹. Token fee is compulsory to pay. Students must pay this fee only if you want to apply for this tablet Scheme by Your College. So your college will book your tablet to government. For more details contact your college. Then your college will collect token fee and necessary documents if( needed ) from you then your college give this token fees to Government. government give tablet worth rupees seven to eight thousand rupees (7000-8000₹) to College and College will give it to you. That's the process. But you need to contact your college for token fee payment and to submit request to take benefit of This tablet Scheme. Do this process as per guidelines by Government of Gujarat or your college or university.
May be this fee is not refundable but I think you must confirm it by your college.
ગુજરાત સરકાર ટોકન ફી તરીકે માત્ર 1000 રૂપિયા લે છે અને 8000-9000 રૂપિયાની કિંમતનું ટેબલેટ આપે છે. ટોકન ફી ભરવાની ફરજિયાત છે. જો તમે તમારી કોલેજ દ્વારા આ ટેબ્લેટ યોજના માટે અરજી કરવા માંગતા હોવ તો જ વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ આ ફી ચૂકવવી પડશે. તેથી તમારી કોલેજ તમારું ટેબલેટ સરકારને બુક કરાવશે. વધુ વિગતો માટે તમારી કોલેજનો સંપર્ક કરો. પછી તમારી કૉલેજ તમારી પાસેથી ટોકન ફી અને જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો એકત્રિત કરશે (જરૂરી હોય તો ) અને તમારી કૉલેજ આ ટોકન ફી સરકારને આપશે. સરકાર કોલેજને સાતથી આઠ હજાર રૂપિયા (7000-8000₹)ની કિંમતની ટેબલેટ આપે અને કોલેજ તમને આપશે. તે પ્રક્રિયા છે. પરંતુ તમારે ટોકન ફીની ચુકવણી માટે તમારી કોલેજનો સંપર્ક કરવો પડશે અને આ ટેબલેટ યોજનાનો લાભ લેવા વિનંતી સબમિટ કરવી પડશે. આ પ્રક્રિયા ગુજરાત સરકાર અથવા તમારી કૉલેજ અથવા યુનિવર્સિટીની માર્ગદર્શિકા મુજબ કરો.
કદાચ આ ફી રિફંડપાત્ર ન હોય પરંતુ મને લાગે છે કે તમારે તમારી કોલેજ દ્વારા તેની પુષ્ટિ કરવી જ પડશે.

If you are new then do Registration.
In Registration you have to fill some personal details like your Full name with first name(your name) and second name ( ne of your father) and last name (your surname).
You must need to also fill up your email address and phone number. You need to enter your address details and aadhar card number also. Then you need to upload your photograph . Then You will get your Username and password by sms. So you can login in Website of Digital Gujarat. And also apply for this tablet Scheme.
જો તમે નવા છો તો રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવો.
નોંધણીમાં તમારે પ્રથમ નામ (તમારું નામ) અને બીજું નામ (તમારા પિતાનું નામ) અને છેલ્લું નામ (તમારી અટક) જેવી કેટલીક વ્યક્તિગત વિગતો ભરવાની રહેશે.
તમારે તમારું ઇમેઇલ સરનામું અને ફોન નંબર પણ ભરવાની જરૂર છે. તમારે તમારા સરનામાની વિગતો અને આધાર કાર્ડ નંબર પણ દાખલ કરવાની જરૂર છે. પછી તમારે તમારો ફોટોગ્રાફ અપલોડ કરવાની જરૂર છે. પછી તમને sms દ્વારા તમારું યુઝરનેમ અને પાસવર્ડ મળશે. તો તમે ડિજિટલ ગુજરાતની વેબસાઈટમાં લોગીન કરી શકો છો. અને આ ટેબ્લેટ યોજના માટે પણ અરજી કરો.
Then click on login and click on menu to see various options then select Scholarship. The you can apply as per guidelines given by Gujarat Government for Table Scheme. When you see tablet Scheme them you must be aware and select your tabelt scheme bacause there are many tablet Scheme for different students as per their category. Tablet Scheme name shown in website of Gujarat University is '' Tablet Assistant Scheme to ST category/Sc category/ SEBC category /General category.''
Then you can select your tabelt scheme. Please note that every student from any category will receive same tablet with same Price and also with same features ans storage capacity etc. When you clcik on this scheme then you need to enter your details. But many details will be automatically filled up already as per details given by you in Registration. Of you want then you can change this details except Email id and Mobile number. Then you need to enter your academic details like last course name, percentage of last course , Address of last year institute or school or college, Subjects in last course and marks subject wise, etc.
પછી લોગિન પર ક્લિક કરો અને વિવિધ વિકલ્પો જોવા માટે મેનુ પર ક્લિક કરો અને પછી સ્કોલરશિપ પસંદ કરો. તમે ટેબલ સ્કીમ માટે ગુજરાત સરકાર દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી માર્ગદર્શિકા મુજબ અરજી કરી શકો છો. જ્યારે તમે ટેબ્લેટ સ્કીમ જુઓ ત્યારે તમારે તેની જાણ હોવી જોઈએ અને તમારી ટેબ્લેટ સ્કીમ પસંદ કરવી જોઈએ કારણ કે વિવિધ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે તેમની શ્રેણી મુજબ ઘણી ટેબ્લેટ યોજનાઓ છે. ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીની વેબસાઈટ પર દર્શાવેલ ટેબલેટ સ્કીમનું નામ ''ટેબ્લેટ આસિસ્ટન્ટ સ્કીમ ટુ એસટી કેટેગરી/એસસી કેટેગરી/એસઇબીસી કેટેગરી/સામાન્ય કેટેગરી'' છે.
પછી તમે તમારી ટેબ્લેટ સ્કીમ પસંદ કરી શકો છો. મહેરબાની કરીને નોંધ કરો કે કોઈપણ કેટેગરીના દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીને સમાન કિંમત સાથે સમાન ટેબ્લેટ પ્રાપ્ત થશે અને તે જ સુવિધાઓ તેમજ સ્ટોરેજ ક્ષમતા વગેરે સાથે. જ્યારે તમે આ સ્કીમ પર ક્લિક કરો ત્યારે તમારે તમારી વિગતો દાખલ કરવાની જરૂર છે. પરંતુ તમે નોંધણીમાં આપેલી વિગતો મુજબ ઘણી વિગતો આપમેળે પહેલેથી જ ભરાઈ જશે. તમે ઇચ્છો તો તમે ઇમેલ આઇડી અને મોબાઇલ નંબર સિવાય આ વિગતો બદલી શકો છો. પછી તમારે તમારી શૈક્ષણિક વિગતો દાખલ કરવાની જરૂર છે જેમ કે છેલ્લા કોર્સનું નામ, છેલ્લા અભ્યાસક્રમની ટકાવારી, છેલ્લા વર્ષની સંસ્થા અથવા શાળા અથવા કૉલેજનું સરનામું, છેલ્લા અભ્યાસક્રમના વિષયો અને વિષય મુજબના ગુણ વગેરે.
