To download hall ticket/ Admit card please click on hall ticket link given at the top of the Post. The you will get interface like below so you need to select your course name with your semester. then you need to select your college. After click on download button then you will get a pdf so find out your name from pdf and take a print out.

હોલ ટિકિટ / એડમિટ કાર્ડ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે કૃપા કરીને પોસ્ટની ટોચ પર આપેલ હોલ ટિકિટ લિંક પર ક્લિક કરો. તમને નીચેની જેમ ઇન્ટરફેસ મળશે તેથી તમારે તમારા સેમેસ્ટર સાથે તમારા કોર્સનું નામ પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર છે. પછી તમારે તમારી કોલેજ પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર છે. ડાઉનલોડ બટન પર ક્લિક કર્યા પછી તમને એક પીડીએફ મળશે તેથી પીડીએફમાંથી તમારું નામ શોધો અને પ્રિન્ટ આઉટ લો.
When you click on above link of Gujarat University Exam Hall ticket or Admit card , then you will see that you need to enter or select your course name with your current Semester which is mandatory for you. Then also you need to select your college name from drop-down list of Colleges. If you are Confused with any details then Gujarat University also provide College code with college name. So select your college name , if you select wrong College name or wrong College code then it will be problematic for you and you may not able to see your name in pdf of Hall ticket. So be careful about it. Then you can see whole list of all students from your college with same Course and semester. So you need to find out your name. If there are 2 or more students with same name then please check Enrollment number, Your photograph, your signature etc to verify that which Admit card is yours?
જ્યારે તમે ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીની પરીક્ષા હોલ ટિકિટ અથવા એડમિટ કાર્ડની ઉપરની લિંક પર ક્લિક કરશો, ત્યારે તમે જોશો કે તમારે તમારા વર્તમાન સેમેસ્ટર સાથે તમારા અભ્યાસક્રમનું નામ દાખલ કરવાની અથવા પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર છે જે તમારા માટે ફરજિયાત છે. પછી તમારે કૉલેજની ડ્રોપ-ડાઉન સૂચિમાંથી તમારી કૉલેજનું નામ પણ પસંદ કરવાની જરૂર છે. જો તમે કોઈપણ વિગતો સાથે મૂંઝવણમાં હોવ તો ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી કોલેજના નામ સાથે કોલેજ કોડ પણ પ્રદાન કરે છે. તેથી તમારી કૉલેજનું નામ પસંદ કરો, જો તમે કૉલેજનું ખોટું નામ અથવા કૉલેજનો ખોટો કોડ પસંદ કરો છો, તો તે તમારા માટે સમસ્યારૂપ બનશે અને તમે હોલ ટિકિટની પીડીએફમાં તમારું નામ જોઈ શકશો નહીં. તેથી તેના વિશે સાવચેત રહો.પછી તમે સમાન કોર્સ અને સેમેસ્ટર સાથે તમારી કોલેજના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંપૂર્ણ સૂચિ જોઈ શકો છો. તેથી તમારે તમારું નામ શોધવાની જરૂર છે. જો ત્યાં એક જ નામના 2 કે તેથી વધુ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હોય તો કયું એડમિટ કાર્ડ તમારું છે તે ચકાસવા માટે કૃપા કરીને નોંધણી નંબર, તમારો ફોટોગ્રાફ, તમારી સહી વગેરે તપાસો?
I want to tell you one more thing is that When your College tell you to come to college and you nedd to verify and sign in your Gujarat University exam form then you must check your all details available in exam form. For example, Your name is printed in right spelling or not?, Your Subjects are mentioned in it or not? If there is same names of Subjects but there is different code of Subjects then you need to contact your college and university bacause it may create problems when you appear for exam. For example, If you studied Accountancy Code (CE-209) and Subject name shown in Admit card is Accountancy (CC-207) then these both are different accounting papers. So if you go to give exam then if you get this Accountancy (CC-207) instead of Accountancy (CE-209) then you will not able to write answers of questions asked in exam paper because you studied Corporate Accounting and you received paper of Cost Accounting then How will you able to write answers? Then if you ask to your correct exam paper with correct Subject code then your supervisor also can't do anything in it, bacause if you correct this mistake before your exam then only it is possible. If you don't do anything then you may get wrong exam paper and you may fail in exam. But please note down that if your college said that this is old exam code but you will get Paper which you studied then you may get exact paper which you studied bacause many times Gujarat University has old format of exam paper with old syllabus so your details will be filled automatically in exam form but Subject's code are different. So contact your college and university. They will help you.
હું તમને બીજી એક વાત કહેવા માંગુ છું કે જ્યારે તમારી કોલેજ તમને કૉલેજમાં આવવાનું કહે અને તમારે તમારા ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીના પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મમાં સહી કરીને ચકાસણી કરવાની જરૂર પડે ત્યારે તમારે પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મમાં ઉપલબ્ધ તમારી તમામ વિગતો તપાસવી પડશે. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, તમારું નામ સાચી જોડણીમાં છપાયેલું છે કે નહીં?, તેમાં તમારા વિષયોનો ઉલ્લેખ છે કે નહીં? જો વિષયોના નામ સમાન હોય પરંતુ વિષયોના કોડ અલગ હોય તો તમારે તમારી કૉલેજ અને યુનિવર્સિટીનો સંપર્ક કરવાની જરૂર છે કારણ કે તમે પરીક્ષામાં હાજર હો ત્યારે સમસ્યા ઊભી થઈ શકે છે. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, જો તમે એકાઉન્ટન્સી કોડ (CE-209) નો અભ્યાસ કર્યો હોય અને એડમિટ કાર્ડમાં દર્શાવેલ વિષયનું નામ એકાઉન્ટન્સી (CC-207) છે તો આ બંને અલગ અલગ એકાઉન્ટિંગ પેપર છે. તેથી જો તમે પરીક્ષા આપવા જાઓ છો, તો જો તમને એકાઉન્ટન્સી (CE-209) ને બદલે આ એકાઉન્ટન્સી (CC-207) મળશે તો તમે પરીક્ષા પેપરમાં પૂછાયેલા પ્રશ્નોના જવાબો લખી શકશો નહીં કારણ કે તમે કોર્પોરેટ એકાઉન્ટિંગનો અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે અને તમને તેનું પેપર મળ્યું છે. કોસ્ટ એકાઉન્ટિંગ પછી તમે જવાબો કેવી રીતે લખી શકશો? પછી જો તમે સાચા વિષય કોડ સાથે તમારા સાચા પરીક્ષાના પેપરને પૂછો તો તમારા સુપરવાઈઝર પણ તેમાં કંઈ કરી શકશે નહીં, કારણ કે જો તમે તમારી પરીક્ષા પહેલા આ ભૂલ સુધારી લો તો જ તે શક્ય છે. જો તમે કંઈ નહીં કરો તો તમને પરીક્ષાનું ખોટું પેપર મળી શકે છે અને તમે પરીક્ષામાં નાપાસ થઈ શકો છો. પરંતુ મહેરબાની કરીને નોંધ કરો કે જો તમારી કોલેજ કહે છે કે આ જૂનો પરીક્ષા કોડ છે પરંતુ તમે જે પેપરનો અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે તે તમને મળશે તો તમને ચોક્કસ પેપર મળી શકે છે જે તમે અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે કારણ કે ઘણી વખત ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી પાસે જૂના અભ્યાસક્રમ સાથે પરીક્ષા પેપરનું જૂનું ફોર્મેટ છે જેથી તમારી વિગતો પરીક્ષા ફોર્મમાં આપોઆપ ભરવામાં આવશે પરંતુ વિષયનો કોડ અલગ છે. તો તમારી કોલેજ અને યુનિવર્સિટીનો સંપર્ક કરો. તેઓ તમને મદદ કરશે.

Then click on your seating arrangements like As a regular student or External students. You will get details of your course then click on blue text to download Pdf to see your seating arrangements for Gujarat University exam.

પૃષ્ઠની ટોચ પર આપેલ બેઠક વ્યવસ્થા લિંક પર ક્લિક કરો. પછી તમને તેના જેવું ઇન્ટરફેસ મળશે. તો તમારો કોર્સ પસંદ કરો. પછી તમારી બેઠક વ્યવસ્થા પર ક્લિક કરો જેમ કે નિયમિત વિદ્યાર્થી તરીકે અથવા બાહ્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ. તમે તમારા અભ્યાસક્રમની વિગતો મેળવશો પછી ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીની પરીક્ષા માટે તમારી બેઠક વ્યવસ્થા જોવા માટે પીડીએફ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે વાદળી ટેક્સ્ટ પર ક્લિક કરો.

Then find out your Exam seat Range in which your exam seat number is.

પછી તમારી પરીક્ષા સીટ રેન્જ શોધો કે જેમાં તમારો પરીક્ષા સીટ નંબર છે.
