1 What is leadership?
Leadership

2 Central Government incentives for those with NCC C certificate.
. Candidates who have NCC C certificate have reserved some posts in Army, Air Force and Navy recruitment.
• Candidates having NCC C Certificate are exempted from giving written test of UPSC i.e. they do not have to appear for the test.
• If the candidate has C certificate of NCC, if he applies for SSB, he has to pass the interview directly before the final selection merit list.
People with C Certificate of NCC have reserved seats in the officer for the following recruitment.
100 OTA men in the Army each year And 10% are reserved for women
There are 6 vacancies per course in the Navy
10% vacancies in the Air Force for all courses
Reserved seats or Marks for Government jobs
Recruitment in Army, Navy and Air Force gets 5-10% bonus marks.
