OFFLINE EXAM
May be your exam will be Offline.
It is depend on Covid19 situation.
Paper will be with General option with 50 marks.
You need to prepare 50% or 2 units.
From your book which cover 40 marks
& 10 marks of Mcqs from all units.
For example. Sums, long questions etc.
Confirm it by your college or university Website or by paper Style.
કદાચ તમારી પરીક્ષા Offline થશે. પણ
તે કોરોના ની કેવી પરિસ્થિતિ છે તે પર આધારિત છે.
જો offline પરીક્ષા થશે તો 50 marks નું પેપર હસે.
અને book ના 50% or 2 units માંથી 40 marks નું
પૂછવામાં આવશે. i.e. Sums, લાંબા પ્રશ્નો etc.
અને 10 માર્ક્સના mcqs હસે જે તમામ units માંથી હસે.Paper Style કૉલેજ દ્વારા કે યુનિવર્સિટીની વેબસાઇટ પર ચકાસો
Exam form
Your college will inform you that you need to come to college to check your Gujarat University exam form and also to do signature in it. Exam form contains your all details for example, your full name, your Subjects name, code of your Subjects, your photo and your Signature, your Subject combination Code etc. So let's understand all this things in full details.
You must check every details of your Gujarat University exam form. Be careful and see every spelling of your full name and your photo and signature. If you think that all details are right then sign on exam form and return exam form to your college. But if you find out that your Subject combination Code is different then contact your college bacause for example you selected and studied Advance Accounting (Subject combination Code A-10100) and Subject combination Code printed on your Exam form is A-10200 then your Subjects will be changed and you will get Other exam paper if you don't correct this mistake by informing to your college or university. You can change many details of your exam form because all details of exam form will be printed on your Gujarat University exam admit Card or Hall ticket. So if you think any detail is printed wrong then you must correct your photo, signature, subject names and codes etc before you receive your admit card or before date of examination. Don't hesitate and tell your right details and request your College to update or correct new details. Even Gujarat University give option to request for change details of exam form in Gujarat University exam form but you need guidance of your college to fill it.
તમારી કોલેજ તમને જાણ કરશે કે તમારે તમારા ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીની પરીક્ષાનું ફોર્મ તપાસવા અને તેમાં સહી કરવા માટે કૉલેજમાં આવવાની જરૂર છે. પરીક્ષા ફોર્મમાં તમારી બધી વિગતો હોય છે, ઉદાહરણ તરીકે, તમારું પૂરું નામ, તમારા વિષયનું નામ, તમારા વિષયોનો કોડ, તમારો ફોટો અને તમારી સહી, તમારો વિષય સંયોજન કોડ વગેરે. તો ચાલો આ બધી બાબતોને સંપૂર્ણ વિગતોમાં સમજીએ.
તમારા ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી પરીક્ષા ફોર્મની દરેક વિગતો તપાસવી આવશ્યક છે. સાવચેત રહો અને તમારા આખા નામની દરેક જોડણી અને તમારો ફોટો અને સહી જુઓ. જો તમને લાગે કે બધી વિગતો સાચી છે તો પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ પર સહી કરો અને પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ તમારી કોલેજમાં પરત કરો. પરંતુ જો તમને ખબર પડે કે તમારો વિષય સંયોજન કોડ અલગ છે તો તમારી કોલેજનો સંપર્ક કરો કારણ કે તમે એડવાન્સ એકાઉન્ટિંગ પસંદ કર્યું છે અને અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે (વિષય સંયોજન કોડ A-10100) અને તમારા પરીક્ષા ફોર્મ પર પ્રિન્ટ થયેલ વિષય સંયોજન કોડ A-10200 છે તો તમારા વિષયો બદલાઈ જશે અને જો તમે તમારી કોલેજ અથવા યુનિવર્સિટીને જાણ કરીને આ ભૂલ સુધારશો નહીં તો તમને અન્ય પરીક્ષા પેપર મળશે. તમે તમારા પરીક્ષા ફોર્મની ઘણી વિગતો બદલી શકો છો કારણ કે પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મની તમામ વિગતો તમારા ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીના પરીક્ષાના પ્રવેશ કાર્ડ અથવા હોલ ટિકિટ પર પ્રિન્ટ કરવામાં આવશે. તેથી જો તમને લાગે કે કોઈ વિગત ખોટી છાપવામાં આવી છે, તો તમારે તમારું પ્રવેશપત્ર મેળવતા પહેલા અથવા પરીક્ષાની તારીખ પહેલાં તમારો ફોટો, સહી, વિષયના નામ અને કોડ વગેરેને સુધારવું પડશે. અચકાશો નહીં અને તમારી યોગ્ય વિગતો જણાવો અને નવી વિગતો અપડેટ કરવા અથવા સુધારવા માટે તમારી કૉલેજને વિનંતી કરો. ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી પણ ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીના પરીક્ષા ફોર્મમાં પરીક્ષાના ફોર્મની વિગતો બદલવા વિનંતી કરવાનો વિકલ્પ આપે છે પરંતુ તે ભરવા માટે તમારે તમારી કોલેજના માર્ગદર્શનની જરૂર છે.
Hall ticket / Admit Card / Exam Receipt
Your hall ticket will be available on Website of Gujarat University
Before 1 or 2 week of exam.
We will inform you. But you need to ask your college at that time that Do you need to take print yourself or College will give it?
You need to check all details of Hall ticket.
If there is any mistake then contact your college or university. Like your full name, Enrollment number, Subjects and Subject's codes, your photo and your signature, etc.
તમારી હોલ ટીકીટ પરીક્ષાના 1 કે 2 week પહેલા
ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સીટી ની વેબસાઇટ પર મળી જસે. પણ
એ સમયે તમારે તમારી college ને પૂછવાનું કે તમારે ઘરેથી જ પ્રિન્ટ લઈ લેવાની કે કૉલેજ આપશે.?
તમારે હોલ ટીકીટ માં તમારી તમામ Details ચકાસી લેવી.કોઈ ભૂલ હોય તો કૉલેજ કે યુનિવર્સીટી નો સંપર્ક કરવો. જેમ કે આખું નામ, એનરોલમેન્ટ નંબર, વિષયો અને વિષયોના કોડ, ફોટો અને તમારી સહી, વગેરે.

જો તમે સેમેસ્ટર 1 માં છો તો કદાચ તમારું પરીક્ષા કેન્દ્ર તમારી કૉલેજ જ હસે.

Online Exam
If there is online exam then you need
To do registration for online exam.
Then you will get username and password
by sms of Gujarat University
In this exam you must answer 1 questions per minute.
There will be 50 marks, 50 mcqs and 50 minutes. While Exam your front camera will be on.
After login you should not leave the page of exam. Otherwise it will give you warning and if it happens more times then System will not allow you to submit paper or to do login again. So you will fail in the paper.
You must disable all notification of your mobile phone during exam time. If you will get any notification during exam time then system will give you warning . If you will repeat this mistake or get any notification Multiple time in exam then you will logout automatically and also can't submit the exam paper.
જો ઓનલાઇન પરીક્ષા હસે તો
તમારે તે માટે registration કરવાનું હસે ત્યારબાદ તમને Username and password SMS દ્વારા મળસે. જેમાં 50 Mcqs હસે. 1 મિનિટમાં 1 mcq નો જવાબ આપવાનો હસે. જે તમામ units માંથી પૂછશે.
Exam સમયે તમારા ફોનનો ફ્રન્ટ કેમેરો ચાલુ હસે.
લૉગિન કર્યા પછી તમારે પરીક્ષાનું પૃષ્ઠ છોડવું જોઈએ નહીં. નહિંતર તે તમને ચેતવણી આપશે અને જો તે વધુ વખત થશે તો સિસ્ટમ તમને પેપર સબમિટ કરવાની અથવા ફરીથી લોગિન કરવાની મંજૂરી આપશે નહીં. તેથી તમે પેપરમાં નાપાસ થશો.
પરીક્ષાના સમયે તમારે તમારા મોબાઈલ ફોનની તમામ સૂચનાઓ અક્ષમ કરવી પડશે. જો તમને પરીક્ષા સમયે કોઈ સૂચના મળશે તો સિસ્ટમ તમને ચેતવણી આપશે. જો તમે આ ભૂલનું પુનરાવર્તન કરશો અથવા પરીક્ષામાં ઘણી વખત કોઈ સૂચના મેળવશો તો તમે આપોઆપ લોગઆઉટ થઈ જશો અને પરીક્ષા પેપર પણ સબમિટ કરી શકશો નહીં.
